Broadcast

Introduction

The convergence between broadcast environments and IP architectures is transforming content production, processing, and distribution chains. This shift is not simply a technological evolution; it profoundly alters systems and architectures, levels of vulnerability, and therefore the responsibility associated with their design.

The digitization of broadcast infrastructure began in the 1990s with the arrival of AES and 270 Mbps, and took into account the transmission of reference clocks. The rapid pace of IT development occurred without regard for the existing technological realities, imposing constraints that could jeopardize the economic viability of projects and the maintenance of technical systems.

In this landscape, the modernization and adaptation of broadcast chains to be able to meet new uses requires a comprehensive approach, integrating network architectures, processing engines, business uses, etc.

For many years, we have continued to support this convergence in the best interests of our clients to ensure that each project generates its own economic benefits.

Our solutions

The broadcast solutions developed by JLME are designed to support the transformation of technical infrastructures in an IP convergence context, by meeting the specific operational constraints of production and broadcast environments.

The systems orchestrate complex operations, including quality control, rushes review, subtitling, conforming, and multichannel audio management (Dolby E). The use of microservices in a cloud environment enhances the functional consistency, performance, and scalability of the processing chains.

ADN Broadcast Suite is based on an ecosystem of microservices and modular components, adapted to different operating contexts. This ecosystem finds its application in the resilience of environments by natively integrating security and business continuity constraints.

This modularity makes it possible to address the desired uses by offering a coherent, scalable and controlled architecture.

Our training programs

In a context of convergence between broadcast environments and IP architectures, technological mastery is essential from design to operation and maintenance.

As a Qualiopi-certified training center, JLME's training courses are aimed at technical and operational teams. They are part of a skills development program or support a modernization project.

Because each platform is unique, our expertise is mobilized to develop tailor-made training programs adapted to the specific needs of clients.

Engineering

JLME's engineering consultancy activities are based on a demanding engineering approach, founded on confidentiality, creativity, and commitment. Our expertise ranges from the design of secure networks from scratch to providing support in selecting cybersecurity solutions or infrastructures that closely match your needs.

«"Say what you do and do what you say" is our mantra: transparency is the foundation of our approach. Projects are conducted within a framework that guarantees strict confidentiality and business secrecy, a prerequisite for the successful execution of a project.

Each project is based on a tailored approach, adapted to the context, technical and budgetary constraints, and project objectives. This ability to listen allows us to propose coherent architectures and solutions, aligned with operational realities and long-term challenges.

Whatever the nature of the studies carried out, our commitment is total and is reflected in continuous involvement, from the initial analysis to the support of the implementation and operation phases.

Our observation of technological changes has shaped our expertise for over 20 years and guarantees our clients disruptive solutions.
